As a part of the Legal & Compliance and Quality department, you will be the point of contact for all departments and business units of Novo Nordisk Iran on quality matters, having the opportunity to enjoy cross-functional work. In addition, you will get to collaborate with other international stakeholders and teams to drive Quality.
The position:
As a Quality Manager in the Tehran Affiliate, you will be responsible for daily-basis coordination in Quality Assurance (QA), handling quality tasks, identifying risks, and conducting the implementation of all quality compliance-related processes in the organization.
Moreover, your primary tasks will include:
- Monitor and ensure compliance with external and internal requirements;
- Assess quality risks and lead Quality Management Reviews with senior management;
- Ensure continuous development of Quality Management System including Novo Nordisk marketing authorizations and license to operate in Iran;
- Conduct Good Distribution Practice (GDP) audits and inspections;
- Manage recall/shortage situations and Manage quality aspects of product release to the market;
- Ensure compliance with distribution and storage requirements, including repackaging of NN-marketed products and Safeguard compliance through hands-on deviation and change control handling.
