● Provide accurate, relevant, and timely product and process quality information in support of decision making through the collection of samples and analysis performed in the physical (and chemical) laboratory.
● Plan, coordinate, and promote all quality activities, with a focus o meeting consumer requirements and the outcomes expected within the company plan.
● Execute product quality measurements and monitor QIMS data during production to evaluate product quality and initiate appropriate improvement actions for maker and packer personnel.
● Review quality parameters to be within limits during production shift to assure product quality.
● Control correctness of product BOM in QIMS prior to production to secure product quality.
● Coordinate material and product-related troubleshooting activity as/ when it happens within the shift and report to relevant managers.
Requirements
● Full knowledge of the tobacco industry (QC).
● Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, or Biochemistry.
● Thorough knowledge of tobacco products, technology, and quality.
● Minimum 3 years of experience in the tobacco industry.
● Full command of English.
● Strong interpersonal skills.
