As we are a certification body(CB) and our company type is B2B, the Quality control expert is responsible for following items:
- Control of all documents and records of audits & assessments to issue the international certifications.
- Issue the certificates and Coordination of customer delivery.
- Preparation of required management reports.
- Response to customer requests on certificates.
- Follow-up the status of certificates.
- Register & control of issued certificates and update the related databases and website.
- Responsible for preparing and presenting documents related to internal audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Minimum)
- Relevant training or qualification
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
- English fluency: understand well
- Professional in verbal and written communication
- Ability to work under pressure
