Job Description

  • Develops implements and manages the system for the provision, reporting of, interpretation, and application of laboratory data into the process.
  • Ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposed of according to the procedure.
  • Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products.
  • Prepare and review technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulations are executed.
  • Ensure that the analytical or microbiology laboratories are in operation mode to support production and the release of the product.
  • Devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
  • Measure, monitor, and prepare action plans to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Food Engineering, or other related fields.
  • At least 10 years of related experience.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
