Job Description
- Develops implements and manages the system for the provision, reporting of, interpretation, and application of laboratory data into the process.
- Ensure all raw materials are received, inspected, sampled, and disposed of according to the procedure.
- Direct inspection and testing personnel to promote effective control of processes and products.
- Prepare and review technical documents and ensure that high standards of safety and regulations are executed.
- Ensure that the analytical or microbiology laboratories are in operation mode to support production and the release of the product.
- Devise ways of improving the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
- Measure, monitor, and prepare action plans to achieve departmental KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Food Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 10 years of related experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
