- To monitor process from raw material receiving till cans distribution to comply with the specification.
- Daily inspect finished product and supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback.
- Approve the right products or reject defectives.
- Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance
- Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety guidelines.
- Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives.
- Set requirements for raw material, packaging material or ingredients for suppliers to monitor their compliance and ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Product out of specification and not fit to propose have to monitor.
- Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Product Development, or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.
- Can conduct tests to ensure a product or material falls within established quality specifications.
- Can work with a team of quality assurance personnel to make sure raw materials and final products meet set standards of quality.
- Are adept at planning and developing standards, procedures, and best practices for ensuring product quality.
- Demonstrated experience in product development and formulation from concept to completion.
- Develop technical skills and leadership capabilities of development team.
- Sensory evaluation skills.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.
- Good technical and IT skills.
- Have certificate for GMP, HACCP, ISO9001, ISO14000
- Good communication and listening in English.
