● Perform technical and engineering affairs.
● Draw the initial plan of the project, drawing the block diagram of the process flow.
● Prepare a schedule for refinery and petrochemical projects.
● Review and supervision of contracts (bachelor, EPC, etc.).
● Approve and monitor phasing and interdependencies in projects.
● Ensure the progress of projects in accordance with the plan and budget.
● Prepare a vendor list.
● QC policy.
● Risk management and changes in projects.
● Prepare and update the list of approved suppliers.
● Evaluate the performance of suppliers of non-project companies.
● Review and supervision of operation and maintenance contracts and their annexes.
● Monitor pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing of projects.
● Policy-making and monitoring the operation and production of units.
● Policy-making and monitoring of marketing and sales of products.
Requirements
● Master's or Bachelor's degree in Downstream engineering, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Project Management and Construction (on an equal footing with downstream industry graduates with a degree in project management or control, or with a degree in PMP, RMP have priority).
● At least 7 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
