Job Description

The objective of the role: Management of EPC and PC projects in the fields of water transmission pipelines, drinking water treatment plants, RO purification, design, installation, and operation of mining equipment. List of responsibilities: ● Try to achieve project goals and report to senior management. ● Identify the human resources needed for the project and inform the human resources unit to carry out the recruitment and hiring process. ● Project budget estimation based on financial analysis. ● Permanent evaluation and cross-sectional control of project profits and losses. ● Develop a comprehensive project plan in the form of a schedule and present it to other correspondents in order to update it. ● Follow up project results using appropriate tools. ● Continuous and systematic follow-up of claims collection. ● Provide project progress reports to the employer and the company's head office. ● Communicate with suppliers of goods and services to ensure timely delivery of the project. ● Identify the risks of the project and plan the necessary measures to face them. ● Cooperate with other units of the company to achieve project goals. ● Check and confirm subcontractors' invoices. ● Ensure compliance with employee health and safety issues in the project by receiving continuous reports from the project safety officer. ● Attend meetings to discuss project-related issues in accordance with the announcement and needs of the employer and company managers. ● Monitor the efficient and accurate transfer of information from the workshop to the PMS project monitoring system. ● Correct and systematic interaction with the decision-making factors and decision-makers of the employer in order to create a good reputation and a favorable mental background. ● Report to: Vice President. ● Probation period: 2 months. ● Working hours: 8 to 17. ● Travel requirements: Yes, depending on the case. ● Gross monthly base salary: Depending on the size and time of the project. ● Commission, bonus, and benefits: Performance rewards based on the project progress and profitability.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Mining Engineering. ● At least ten years of work experience. ● Proficient in data analysis with Excel. ● Familiarity with MSP and Primavera. ● Proficient in project budgeting, human resources management, and other necessary management capabilities.
