● Controlling the adequacy of information and technical specifications in the approved plans of the structure.
● Study of geotechnical report and soil identification and obtaining the necessary information from it to control the construction of the building.
● Control the observance of the compliance of the executive work method with the plans and technical specifications and the requirements of the national building regulations.
● Controlling the surveys carried out by the manufacturer regarding the local soil and its compliance with the assumptions contained in the geotechnical report and identifying the soil and related maps and issuing orders for geotechnical tests and surveys if necessary.
● Control of formwork including preparation, extension, stability and strength, position of molds, dimensions and spacing of openings, final clearance and other related technical requirements.
● Control of the way of rebar including cleanliness of rebars (they are free from waste materials such as paint and rust) diameter, length, bend, patch, coating, position, number, stability, how to fasten and the minimum free distance between rebars, observing concrete cover , Morsels and other related technical requirements.
● Control of foundation mixing plan, how to mix concrete, how to transport and move concrete (including separation of concrete components, transport time), pouring and placing concrete (observing concreting temperature and weather conditions, using appropriate equipment, Uniformity in concreting, continuity in execution, preparation of concrete contact surface, height of concrete fall, how to pour in molds, thickness of layers) and other related technical requirements.
