Responsible for the maintenance of the Datacom product line: responsible for fault recovery, operation review, network change, health check, and rectification of products on the live network.
Review the operation and be responsible for the operation quality.
Fast recovery of network outages and issues and fault rectification within defined SLAs, root cause analysis, and prepare and implement the recovery solution.
Routine network audits to identify the risks and bottlenecks and prepare analysis reports.
Provide technical support services for external customers, and help customers solve problems and optimize networks.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Computer Engineering, Electronics, etc.; a Master's degree is preferred.

Fluent in English and can read English technical materials.
Proficient command of basic Datacom product knowledge (ATN/NE40E/NE8K/BNG/FW...) and profound protocol/service knowledge (OSPF/ISIS/BGP/MPLS/TE/L2VPN/L3VPN/QOS/CGN).
Good command of common IPRAN/IPCORE/IPDCN/IGW/IPBB solutions. Have a proficient command of common operations and maintenance operations of Datacom products.
Proficient command of the configuration and commissioning of Huawei Datacom products, such as ATN, NE40E, and firewall.
Familiar with mobile services(2G/3G/4G/5G) interface and related logical devices.
Familiar with E2E traffic flow and solutions from the access layer to the IGW network layer.
At least eight years of experience in delivering Datacom product engineering or maintenance projects of Huawei carrier networks, if pretty good, at least five years’ experience.
Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, and can be used as the working language.
