Job Description

● To evaluate the rental amount of the contract and control the price. ● To follow and finalize the contract of BTSs with the involved team. ● To coordinate and manage all SA issues with all internal and external customers. ● To assist identification and preparation of needed PM and reporting tools. ● To interact with external organizations for activities related to assigned projects. ● To gain full awareness of assigned project status, progress, and plans and support the project manager in managing all PM tasks for the assigned project. ● To monitor the project constantly to make sure each stage is progressing on time, on budget, and to the right quality standards and escalate key risks based on defined standards to the project manager. ● To report progress on projects and key measures/KPIs to Rollout infrastructure Management based on defined templates and standards. ● To follow up and make sure the execution of assigned projects is within the timelines defined via conducting different meetings with vendors/subcontractors and reviewing their progress reports. ● To interact with the project Steercom and project members to ensure project execution is not compromised. ● To ensure effective coordination across project streams to handle dependencies and resolve project bottlenecks. ● To support the PSO department by providing the requested information and documents on the assigned project. ● To implement change management on the projects based on agreed standards and plans. ● To ensure project documents are complete and stored appropriately based on NW rollout infrastructure project management policies. ● To perform, accomplish, and coordinate all activities related to administrative tasks of the projects. ● To propose action plans to address issues identified in reports & meetings and follow the track of actions. ● To work with different teams and diversity so dedication and 24/7 focus/Following and monitoring the reallocation project.

Requirements

● Familiar with the Site Acquisition Process. ● Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering fields, or related. ● Fluent in English. ● At least 3 years of experience in project management; with experience in supervising others. ● Experience working in a medium organization.
