Job Description

The person hired for the position of Production Supervisor will be responsible for production objectives for the assigned production line while ensuring safety, quality, service, and engagement. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: ● Work closely with the supply chain, manufacturing, research and development, and quality to ensure production schedules are well aligned and executed. ● Ensure the development and implementation of action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives. ● Make sure GMP standards are fully implemented and followed to increase productivity and reduce waste. ● Follow up and supervise the process. ● Ensure the team works together as efficiently as possible. ● Maintain good housekeeping within the department. ● Manage team performance: know team problems, define areas for performance improvements with team members, drive teamwork, lead problem-solving groups. ● Manage activities in production/documentation. ● Improve production efficiency. ● Monitor the production process. ● Track orders.

Requirements

● Familiar with BOM products. ● Familiar with the production process and production equipment. ● Familiar with in-process quality-control tests and preparation of BPR (Batch Production Record). ● Familiar with solid/liquid dosage form formulation and troubleshooting if necessary. ● Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. ● At least three years of experience in production, quality control, or R&D department. ● Good command of English (Written and translation). ● Gender preference: Male. ● Precise, reliable, and responsible. ● Excellent written and communication skills.
