● Responsible to lead the production team to achieve the departmental objectives in terms of safety, health, environment, quality, and performance to ensure business continuity (main responsibility).
● Ensure implementation of HSE standards and practices for production area -Coordinate TPM activities.
● Regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw and packaging and labor -Ensure development of competencies of shop floor employees by specific training coaching and knowledge at the shop floor (one point lesson).
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Safety Engineering.
● Between 2 to 5 years of experience in the Food Industry.
● Deep familiarity in production planning.
● Technical knowledge of equipment.
● Good knowledge of 5S.
● Highly quality mindset.
● Good knowledge of food and personal safety.
● High commitment to HSE.
● Having a problem-solving mindset as well as teamwork spirit.
● Professional way of working along with a positive attitude.
● Computer literate.
