Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified production supervisor to join our production team with the following qualifications and requirements:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and GSP (Good Storage Practice) standards.
• Full familiarity with process equipment used in the Manufacturing & Production Unit (Finished Products).
• Hands-on experience with granulation machines, dryers, various types of blenders, tablet compression machines, tablet coating machines, and packaging machines, including blister packaging.
• Proficient in documentation practices, including Batch Sheets, BPR (Batch Production Record), BCR (Batch Control Record), BSS, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
• Basic understanding of Quality Assurance concepts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of storage, warehousing, and inventory management principles.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical laboratory concepts, including the ability to review Certificates of Analysis (COAs) and interpret in-process testing results.
• Experience or familiarity with contract manufacturing processes.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
