POSITION SUMMARY
Are you an experienced person in production? We are looking for exceptional applicants for our Local Supplier Development department. In a fast-paced environment like the Local Supplier Development department, the Co-manufacturing Supervisor is an integral part of the manufacturing process. You will be responsible to support the execution of contract manufacturing roadmap, whilst ensuring full compliance with Nestlé quality and operational standards.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

1. Sourcing Management:
- Identify and validate potential contract manufacturers (new or existing) for a particular product. Leads the manufacturing capability assessment process, including coordination of required assessment and audits, and ensures selection of best option.
- Support gathering the right resources for a Make-or-Buy Analysis. Ensure that all projects outsourced undergo a review/ re-assessment of Make-or-Buy analysis with the relevant business.
- Support establishment of Confidentiality Agreements and Contract Manufacturing Agreement while assisting price negotiations under the leadership of the Procurement.

2. Operation Management:
- Oversee and manage contract manufacturing routines to ensure execution of Nestle production as per agreed standards and ensure adherence to Nestlé principles and policies as well as local regulations including compliance with Quality, Product Safety, SHE and applicable Regulatory Requirements.


3.Communication and Continuous Improvements:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with Coman site Leadership including General Management, Production, Quality, Planning, R&D, etc.

4.Exception and Exit Management:
- Drive exception management [unforeseen issues that may arise] meetings with Businesses and with Co-Manufacturers

5. People Management:
When relevant, ensure development of Contract Manufacturing management team and staff - through performance management, career development, succession planning and coaching.


ARE YOU A FIT?
• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any other relevant major with Quality, and production background in FMCG.
• Experience of solid technical background in Factory or PTC/R&D environment in FMCG is must.
• Proficient spoken and written English is a must.
• Having line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group.
• Having Project Management involving cross functional teams.
• Product and Process Mastership including knowledge of materials and suppliers.
