Production Planning Specialist

Job Description

• Precise and timely production planning based on inventory, sales orders, and production line capacity.
• Establish effective coordination between production, warehouse, sales, and commercial units.
• Control inventory and arrange orders for raw materials and packaging supplies to prevent over-capacity or shortages.
• Follow up on the timely supply of raw materials required for production.
• Analyze production data and identify causes of stoppages and bottlenecks.
• Help improve processes.
• Review production line capacity and causes of stoppages.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly production plans for products.
• Provide reports related to product production to managers.
• Review inventory and notify of raw material and packaging supply needs.
• Follow up on program implementation and identify deviations.
• Make planning adjustments in the event of changes in orders or production conditions.
• Set and update product formulas and structures in the organization's software.

Requirements:

• Residence: Alborz Province

Education:

• At least a bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial engineering.
• English language skills: Intermediate.

Experience:

• At least two years of experience in a similar job group.

Skills:

• Planning and scheduling ability.
• High accuracy.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Quick thinking ability.
• Preferably experience working in manufacturing companies.
• Familiarity with the basic principles of production planning.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools in Excel.
