Job Description

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Production & Distribution Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain Planning Department. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing market demand with production capacities across our manufacturing network, ensuring optimal service levels, cost efficiency, and smooth product availability.

Responsibilities:

- Convert S&OP outputs and Sales Forecasts into a Master Production Schedule (MPS), considering material and capacity limitations.
- Balance production plans between two manufacturing sites to optimize costs and service performance.
- Coordinate with factories to validate capacity feasibility and obtain final RCCP approval.
- Monitor daily production execution and collaborate with Plant Production Planners to address deviations.
- Manage finished goods inventory levels at factory warehouses in line with Days of Cover targets.
- Analyze and report key KPIs, including OTIF, Plan Adherence, and Inventory Health.
- Develop alternative scenarios and recovery plans during material shortages, power outages, or unexpected equipment failures.

General Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or MBA (Supply Chain preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in production planning or supply chain planning (preferably in FMCG & food manufacturing/distribution).
- Ability to travel periodically to production sites.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboard creation).
- Familiarity with Power BI is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of supply chain concepts: S&OP, MPS, MRP, DRP, Safety Stock.
- Experience working with ERP systems, especially PP and MM modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, especially in dynamic FMCG environments.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills for effective coordination with factory management and the sales team.
