Job Description

• Managing forecast meetings, ordering, and following needed actions according to MOM (including finished goods, API, under license, and production-based items).
• Managing API and finishing goods level stock according to the Sales-In budget, identifying shortages according to suppliers' LT, and clarifying delivery dates of products for the foreign procurement team.
• Reviewing monthly sales forecasts for the next 12 months and challenging the marketing team in order to make sure their forecast is accurate.
• Developing a monthly importation plan for the next 12 months of all products and entering data into the system.
• Controlling sales and stock on a daily basis and providing reports.
• Preparing monthly MOH rolling forecast and updating related systems of this organization.
• Improving the supply chain's current dashboards and planning to create new dashboards and reports by coordinating the team.
• Providing related daily, weekly, and monthly reports of sales, importation, production, and stock.
