Job Description

Supervise the staff of production to ensure a productive atmosphere while respecting the safety of employee, quality and productivity; - ensure that employees comply with the instructions of the health and safety policy of company; -Planning task and the establishment of new employee; - ensure that the raw materials are available according to the schedule of production; -Apply methods for improving the production and to optimize the efficiency of the process and reduction of production costs; -Review and verification of reports and production records and follow-up on deficiencies, -Ensure that each employee has received the necessary training before undertaking a new task; - Ensure the link between production and maintenance service; -Check and analyze reports of productivity, overtime and loss of time in order to ensure an adequate productivity
