Job Description

The selected candidate for this position should have the ability to: - Generate and issue instructions to factory shop floor and facilitate execution of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources. - Execute production plans and adjust operational activities by assessing available information and resources for optimum production performance. - Achieve target capacity and efficiency with optimal use of materials, utilities, manpower and machines. - Improve work methods while safeguarding quality and safety of people and products. - Full time work is needed and this position will be reporting to Factory Manager and Manager Director

Requirements

University Qualifications: At least BS degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or Polymer Engineering Previous Experiences: At least 5 years of relevant experience in the field of plastics injection process or related fields Special Skills: Very good knowledge of plastics injection and plastics molds' troubleshooting is needed Planning and organizing skills Effective team player and leader Computer literacy, Good knowledge in MS Office & Excel Fluent in English Flexible to different working hours Competencies: Confident, Hardworking Key Demographic Requirements: Based in Tehran or around Tehran, Minimum Age: 30, Maximum Age: 45
