• Managing the entire production line of different varieties of UHT milk and cheese • Acquainted with waste control method and cost price control • Have the knowledge of production processes and dairy recipes

Requirements

University Qualification: • Minimum B.S. in related fields Previous Experience: • At least 10 years related work experience in dairy industry field • Having experience working with Tetra pack machineries and equipment; HSM, GMP and HACCP systems • Having professional background in methods and formulation of dairy products Language: • Standard knowledge of English
