Job Description

Position Summary
The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all manufacturing activities. They ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, quality standards, and production targets while leading the production team to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and regulatory standards, including equipment qualification, documentation practices, and quality assurance procedures.
• Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations to achieve production schedules, quality objectives, and operational efficiency.
• Supervise all stages of the manufacturing process to ensure adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
• Monitor production performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) when required.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Engineering, Warehouse, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Lead, coach, train, and evaluate production personnel.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and utilization of equipment used in the manufacturing line.
• Review and approve production records, reports, and manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support regulatory inspections, audits, and internal assessments as required.
• Nurture a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the production department.

Requirements
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Minimum of five years of experience in injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing, including experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Thorough knowledge of GMP, pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, validation principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven communication, presentation, team management, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
