Production Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and monitor GMP, PIC/S, and ISO compliance within manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline production processes and improve output.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and documentation for production activities.
- Utilize deductive reasoning and statistical analysis to optimize production strategies.
- Lead project management initiatives to enhance productivity and manage time effectively.
- Communicate effectively by presenting oral and written information clearly.
- Ensure organization and follow-through on all production tasks.
- Exhibit leadership skills to guide and motivate production teams.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical production and processing.
- Proficiency in GMP, PIC/S, and ISO regulations.
- Familiarity with principles of chemistry or pharmacy.
- Strong report writing and documentation skills.
- Ability to conduct deductive reasoning and statistical analysis.
- Effective active listening and communication skills.
- Demonstrated time management and project management skills.
- Organized and persistent approach to tasks.
- Decisive leadership abilities.
