- Managing the entire production line of different varieties of UHT milk and cheese - Acquainted with waste control method and cost price control - Have the knowledge of production processes and dairy recopies

Requirements

University Qualification: - Minimum B.S. in related fields Previous Experience: - At least 10 years related work experience in dairy industry field - Having experience working with Tetra pack machineries and equipments; HSM,GMP and HACCP systems - Having professional background in methods and formulation of dairy products Language: - Standard knowledge of English
