The position: As a Production Lean/Training coordinator you will be responsible for: ● Participating in the implementation of cLEAN strategy and culture on the shopfloor in alignment with LMT cLEAN roadmap and site strategy to action. ● Driving and facilitating systematic problem-solving. ● Executing improvement projects. ● Ensuring sustainability and compliance of the production training system with internal and external requirements according to NN and Local Manufacturing Tehran (LMT) standards. ● Ensuring alignment of relevant training targets and efficient implementation of the corporate training strategy as well as the implementation of NN best practice training solutions and compliance. ● Acting as a training coordinator. ● Being aligned with the LMT training partner. ● Being aligned with LMT cLean partner.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or any related field. ● Advanced command of English, written and oral. ● At least 5 years of industrial experience with strong GMP mindsets. ● Ability to work independently with a high level of engagement and persistence. ● Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
