Job Description

● Preparing and organizing the production plan and order for the production departments and determining the number of raw materials needed in coordination with other relevant officials. ● Providing the necessary training to improve the work and the correct way of doing it to the relevant personnel. ● Preparing scientific methods and principles for determining order points for various goods in warehouses and keeping them up to date. ● Determining the potential and actual production capacity in coordination with other relevant units. ● MM module management based on inventory control (MRP) and inventory management. ● Managing the PP module: determining the production schedule based on the SOP budget and production capacities. ● Determining and implementing continuous improvement processes, especially in production, warehouse, and logistics. ● Preventing the occurrence of lost sales based on the correct management of the prerequisites of product realization processes and logistics requirements. ● Evaluating organizational requirements based on the annual operational plan (AOP) in workforce, machines, materials, processes, and Rial budget. ● Investigating the causes of increase or decrease in production or the percentage of waste and stoppages with the union officials. ● Monitoring the working capital accumulated in warehouses and preventing stagnation of items.

Requirements

● Getting to know the requirements of the Quality Management Standard (ISO 9001). ● Getting to know the requirements of food and safety management standards (FSSC22000). ● At least a Master's degree. ● Ability to work with computers and required software. ● At least 5 years of relevant work experience. ● Familiarity with all standards related to the industry. ● Ability to prepare statistical reports required by management. ● Highly advanced skills in Outlook, SAP, PowerPoint, and Excel.
