Job Description

To accurately identify the stakeholders’ needs to define appropriate projects and manage outsourced projects in the digital department for goal achievement.
To estimate the project budget based on financial analysis.
To compile the projects’ comprehensive plan and road map to meet the stakeholders’ needs.
To continuously monitor and evaluate the project and its results to improve and optimize the projects.
To monitor the activities of outsourced projects and control their progress and provide project progress reports to all project stakeholders.
To accurately identify the needs and expectations of stakeholders through communication with them.
To participate in identifying the risks and opportunities of the project processes and control them and then plan the necessary measures to face them.
To identify and decide on non-conforming cases in project implementation and follow up on the action.
To negotiate with suppliers to outsource projects to provide quality services to stakeholders.
To ensure the understanding of the plan and project and identify the communication tools for goal achievement.
To participate in setting team goals and reporting to managers.
To define and develop the measurement and evaluation system and the evaluation indicators for project progress.
To facilitate change management in the work and project process.
To identify and improve the problems of project implementation processes.
To research, review, identify, and discover the Features of the resources and tools needed for goal achievement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Engineering, Hardware Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
Proficiency in using Project Management Software, Jira, and MS Office.
Accountable and customer-oriented personality.
Strong command of English.
