● Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
● Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
● Monitor product user journey after the launch and constant optimization.
● Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
● Help to oversee the design and manufacture and planning of how to market and promote the product to the public.
● Specify and oversee the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers.
● Responsible for developing features and creating content that drives the organic growth of our product considering main product KPIs such as retention.
● Responsible for increasing revenue based on company-set targets.
● Cross-functional communication between business, IT, operations, finance, and legal divisions.
● Plan for achievable targets by breaking down company essential KPIs.
● Market search, plan and execute the product roadmap by influencing the internal process.
● Facilitate cross-functional teams that include members from IranKish and its partners.
Requirements
● At least 7 years of experience in product management with experience in supervising/managing others.
● An eye for UI/UX design and communicating with designers and developers.
● Strong understanding of data in products and implementing data-driven product management.
● Highly experienced working with Jira.
● Awareness of payment services aligned with Shaparak and CBI guidelines.
● Detailed knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle.
