Job Description

● Determining customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information. ● Recommending the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes. ● Providing information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests. ● Conducting quality assurance protocols and procedures and product evaluation. ● Writing technical reports and cost estimates. ● Delivering high-quality and efficient products by working with the software development manager. ● Obtaining product market share by working with the sales director to develop product sales strategies. ● Introducing and marketing new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production. ● Defining creative, high-quality road maps based on team strategy and vision. ● Proactively identifying and resolving strategic issues to help the team meet strategic and financial. ● Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management in a technical field and/or MBA graduate. ● More than 5 years of work experience as a product manager (i.e., creating strategic product roadmap (s) from conception to launch and working with cross-functional teams). ● Good communication skills for effective liaison and teamwork. ● Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail. ● An aptitude for mathematics and statistics. ● High integrity, solid work ethic, ability to work independently, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Experience with user research. ● Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions. ● Experience developing Internet products and technologies. ● Experience in managing day-to-day design direction. ● Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, UX/UI, marketing, customer support, and finance. ● Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
