● Define customer needs and the associated features to meet those needs.
● Identify business entities.
● Collaborate to create and measure KPIs and objectives based on products for different departments of the company.
● Complete the product features, refine them, and prioritize stories.
● Interact with the technical team to develop the required features in the platform, according to the company’s needs and strategy.
● Collaborate in monitoring the performance status of customers, analyzing data, and providing detailed reports.
● Prioritize defect or bug resolution.
Requirements
