Job Description

  • Conduct an analysis of the detection of technological modes and capacities at the level of the Central Delivery Point (CPF), Pumping Station (CPF), and system utilization of water.
  • Analyze the results of the implementation of production plans for the preparation and delivery of Oil and other KPI CPF.
  • Participate in the development of technological regulations, instructions, and schemes for Oil treatment and delivery facilities, and water treatment for disposal.
  • Develop regulatory and technical documentation necessary for the work of management, measures for the use of mechanization, automation, telemechanics for the reconstruction of existing industries, by safety requirements.
  • Develop measures to reduce the loss of raw materials during the preparation and delivery of Oil, and the preparation and pumping of produced water.
  • Form and provide statistical reporting on the process of preparation, and delivery of Oil, Gas, and water utilization.
  • Monthly collect data, from the executive balance of Oil, with documentary evidence of the values.
  • Form a planned need for the purchase of oilfield services in the direction of the unit's activities.
  • Form a package of necessary documents for the purchase of oilfield services.
  • Initiate and accompany the procedure for the purchase of oilfield services to increase the reliability and efficiency of the facilities for Oil processing and transportation.
  • Ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations by counterparties.
  • To analyze the operation of equipment to improve the efficiency of the processes of preparation, delivery of Oil, and disposal of water.
  • Develop recommendations, and measures to optimize the process, and monitor their implementation.
  • Analyze and ensure the implementation of planned financial budget indicators in the direction of activities of programs for Oil processing, delivery of Oil, and utilization of water.
  • Organize work on the analysis of the need for materials and equipment, and the formation of a procurement plan in terms of:
  • Cost of materials and equipment;
  • Supply of materials and equipment by the regulatory deadlines;
  • Accessories of the nomenclature of materials and equipment by type of purchase (centralized/decentralized);
  • Availability of additional supporting documentation (questionnaires, technical tasks, drawings, specifications, etc.).
  • Interact with procurement specialists in terms of agreeing on questionnaires and technical assignments for the manufacture of the necessary equipment, alternative proposals, and suppliers in terms of centralized/decentralized procurement, and participate in the coordination of the supply of materials and equipment.
  • Execute administrative documents (orders, orders), execute independent, not related to any document, instructions of the head (including in electronic form).
  • Execute documents (minutes, letters, memos, plans, etc.) containing specific instructions for responding to a document, deadlines that require the preparation of a response, events, a report, etc.
  • Implement risk management procedures, including organizing and conducting risk analysis and assessment, developing risk management measures, carrying out subsequent monitoring of the implementation of measures, and reassessing risks, assigned to itself in the risk register. Participate in risk sessions to discuss the risks of your division/line of business, as well as cross-functional risks (risks at the intersection of functions, and general risks of the enterprise).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Design, or Process Development for the Oil and Gas industries.
  • At least 5 years of experience including 4 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
  • Intermediate English competency
  • Gender preference: Female.
