Job Description
● Detailed analysis of selected industries (ICT, Fintech, …) and preparing reports.
● Identifying main key market players, trends and capital flows within each segment.
● Preparing detailed industry reports using a widely accepted model
providing investment recommendations at the industry level (Private Equity).
● Making and maintaining connections with other similar VC/PE investment firms as a representative and Presenting the company as an active investment firm for potential future co-investments.
● Attending investment events and identifying potential new investment opportunities.
● Play the role of contact person between the company and other peer companies.
● Collaboration in the due diligence procedure of new investment plans.
● Providing key financial inputs for financial modelling of new investment opportunities (e.g. CAPEX, OPEX, OCF, etc.).
● Identifying key international market players in identified industries for potential co-investments.
