Provides for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
Ensures that the field operates and complies with HSE rules and regulations of IRI as well as the ZNV HSE.
Controls over power supply processes. Identifies the root causes of deviations and prepares activities for their elimination.
Supervises power transmission and distribution, overhead transmission lines and cable lines, power transformers, switchgear, and switching devices.
Ensures efficient use of electrical equipment.
Controls the implementation of approved technological regimes and regulations of technological installations from an electrical point of view.
Equipment failures investigations and reports preparation.
Validation of the electrical safety requirements operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
Checking, acceptance, and taking into operation new electrical equipment. Quality control of commissioning works, verification for compliance with the project, checking and acceptance of the executive documentation, and acceptance of facilities.
Provides audits and inspections including leadership safety audits.
Performs any related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Higher professional education in Power Supply, or Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience; 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry; 2 years of experience in a management position in electric power.
Experience in power generation, power transmission and distribution, overhead transmission lines and cable lines.
Experience in Power Transformers, Switchgear and Switching Devices, and Relay Protection.
Experience in operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
