Power Supply Superintendent

Job Description

• Provides for the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment.
• Ensures that the field operates and complies with HSE rules and regulations of IRI as well as the ZNV HSE.
• Controls over power supply processes. Identifies the root causes of deviations and prepares activities for their elimination.
• Supervises power transmission and distribution, overhead transmission lines and cable lines, power transformers, switchgear, and switching devices.
• Ensures efficient use of electrical equipment.
• Controls the implementation of approved technological regimes and regulations of technological installations from an electrical point of view.
• Equipment failures investigations and reports preparation.
• Validation of the electrical safety requirements operation and maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Checking, acceptance, and taking into operation new electrical equipment. Quality control of commissioning works, verification for compliance with the project, checking and acceptance of the executive documentation, and acceptance of facilities.
• Provides audits and inspections including leadership safety audits.
• Performs any related tasks as assigned.
