Job Description

● Initiation: Charter creation and project definition approval process. ● Planning: Project team formation and setup project ground rules. ● Planning: WBS preparation with the project manager. ● Planning: Stakeholder requirements review and update deliverable if it is needed. ● Planning: Prepare scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, stakeholder management plan. ● Execution: Facilitate project communication. ● Execution: Handle meetings and report to project stakeholders. ● Monitoring: Reporting to project stakeholders. ● Monitoring: Implement project controls, collect project data and monitor the progress of work. ● Monitoring: Status report and progressive report per project (Agile/Waterfall). ● Monitoring: Provide highs/lows report per project on weekly basis. ● Closure: Update portfolio report about project status and deliverable. ● Closure: Creating, controlling, and maintaining project documents and lessons learned. ● Agile Project: Backlog grooming and related changelog updating.
