● Preparing and developing strategies. ● Coordinating with the product development team and managing communication with different departments. ● Preparing and implementing all required reports and systems changes. ● Planning the activities of different departments. ● Analyzing activities to ensure compliance with product quality and service regulations. ● Providing production planning methods. ● Planning and prioritizing production to ensure high efficiency and reduce delays. ● Determining the manpower, equipment, and raw materials needed for the production department. ● Planning and forecasting the number of finished products, defective products, etc. ● Preparing and presentating status and performance reports. ● Cooperating with the quality control department, warehouse, and other employees of the production department.
