Liaise with business unit managers and HRBPs in Identifying, designing, and preparing organization and business units’ structure, flows, processes, procedures, and job profiles and keep them updated.
Facilitate change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, etc.
Analyze, facilitate, and support changes in business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources and Coordinate organization and structure design initiatives.
Consult with management in collaboration with HRBP and provide advisory services on performance, organizational, leadership, and other People and Organizational Development (POD) cases.
Involve and execute the L&D full process cycle both planned and ad-hoc requests from need assessment to evaluate the effectiveness of the program at all levels and continually search for best practices to apply the customized version in current processes.
Document and record the training history of all employees aiming to use in planning further training programs and other POD processes like talent management and career path or succession management.
Assist line manager to prepare and implement POD required budget plan; maintain records and report of expenses.
Facilitate and deliver workforce planning process to ensure correct headcount budget planning and workforce planning.
Have active collaboration in assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs and challenges that impact effectiveness in order to prioritize POD projects.
Execute and implement Job evaluation and design pay structure in order to improve the company compensation system and develop a basis for career path development and succession planning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, or an MBA graduate; a Master's degree is a plus.
Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
Familiar with developing organizational strategies, processes, policies, and procedures.
Familiar with business processes, operations, models, and structure.
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in HRD OD and L&D solutions and processes.
Advanced level of English proficiency in the area of expertise.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google tools especially expert in using Excel and G-sheet.
