Job Description

  • Enter personnel information into the payroll system.
  • Receive monthly personnel performance information from the administrative unit and enter information into the payroll program.
  • Prepare the payroll asset list and send it to the treasury for payment of salaries according to the clause, and prepare the monthly payroll accounting document.
  • Calculate personnel salaries based on employment orders and calculate deductions such as insurance premiums, taxes, loans, personnel benefits, and deferred salaries based on existing positive documents.
  • Prepare personnel salary slips and send them to the web, and prepare bank diskettes and deposit other benefits into personnel accounts.
  • Calculate and pay salary supplements such as mission rights and overtime according to the list sent by units.
  • Calculate and prepare personnel savings lists and send the list to the bank for depositing into the employee and employer's share accounts.
  • Collect and maintain documents, documents, and orders printed from the system, and finalize the orders and send them to the archive.
  • Receive tuition lists and prepare the payment list according to units and faculty base, and pay it.
  • Control the transfer of information on covered personnel's decrees to the payroll system and receive and control the lists of deductions applicable to the monthly salary calculations of the company's personnel.
  • Control in performing final calculations and approving monthly salary lists.
  • Control in accounting documents and issued lists of salaries, insurance, and taxes.
  • Control in performing calculations of termination benefits for contract employees.
  • Coordinate with the treasury unit to provide timely salary payment information.
  • Coordinate bank diskettes and obtain receipts according to the company's internal regulations.
  • Cooperate with internal auditors and cooperation with auditors, and tax auditors and cooperation with auditors of the Social Security Organization.
