About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior C&B Specialist to join our HR team and contribute to the effective management of compensation and benefits processes. This role covers end-to-end payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, employee settlements, payroll budgeting, job evaluation, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and well-versed in labor and social security regulations, with the ability to translate payroll and compensation data into accurate reports and actionable insights. The role also involves supporting C&B process improvements and providing guidance to other team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee compensation and payroll data.
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including attendance, working hours, shifts, salaries, benefits, deductions, and employee loans.
Prepare and process employment contracts and ensure accurate payroll, tax, and social security calculations.
Calculate and process employee final settlements and termination payments.
Prepare, monitor, and control personnel and payroll budgets.
Analyze compensation and payroll data and prepare management reports and insights.
Contribute to the design, review, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits structures.
Conduct job analysis and job evaluation to support internal equity and compensation decisions.
Ensure compliance of C&B and payroll processes with applicable labor, social security, and tax regulations.
Manage and coordinate supplementary insurance and contractor-related payroll requirements.
Collaborate closely with Finance, HR, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes.
Support internal and external audits by providing required C&B and payroll documentation and information.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamline C&B and payroll processes and systems.
Contribute to the implementation and optimization of payroll and HR software solutions.
Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and operational support to other members of the C&B team.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits and Payroll.
Strong knowledge of Iranian Labor Law and Social Security regulations.
Good understanding of Compensation & Benefits practices and models.
Knowledge of Job Analysis and Job Evaluation methodologies.
Familiarity with supplementary insurance and contractor agreements.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong planning, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage priorities, work with confidential information, and meet critical deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a large or complex organization with high-volume payroll operations.
Experience with payroll, HRIS, or other C&B software systems.
Experience in compensation structure design, benchmarking, or salary analysis.
Experience supporting internal and external audits.
Experience in C&B process improvement, automation, or system implementation.
Experience in mentoring or supporting the development of junior team members.
