We are looking for a well-mannered payroll specialist in the HR department who can calculate and control the monthly payments and also prepare and update all personnel contracts. A payroll specialist is responsible for preparing and managing personnel contracts, extensions, and terminations.
Requirements
● At least three years of relevant work experience.
● Familiarity with employment contracts.
● Familiarity with human resources processes.
● Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
● Familiarity with the staff termination process and settlement.
● Familiarity with labor law and social security insurance and supplementary insurance.
● Interested in teamwork and able to communicate effectively.
● Adequate familiarity with the financial software of payroll and administrate affairs.
● Familiarity with loan processes.
● Able to calculate the annual financial balance.
● Familiarity with iKnow software is an advantage.
