Job Description

Studying and monitoring the methodologies, models and methods of the world in order to prepare the indigenous methodology of Behsazan Mellat Company for organizational risk management.
Communicating with different departments and units of the company in order to identify risks
Consultation and cooperation in the preparation of upstream documents of organizational risk in order to help in updating the methodology of organizational risk management
Teaching the concepts of risk and creating culture in order to provide infrastructure for the establishment of risk management
Establishing interaction with the vice-presidents and sub-categories of each to identify the main risks of the company
Alignment of identified risks in order to validate and prioritize the main risks of the company
Analyzing existing risks to extract solutions to deal with risks
Derivation of control indicators to evaluate the reduction of high-priority risks

Requirements

Required specialized skills:
• The ability to analyze business in each of the strategic, financial, compliance and operational views (mastery of at least one field)
• Ability to analyze information, infrastructure, security and business systems
• Appropriate experience in identifying, evaluating and responding to organizational risks
• Proficient in ISO 31000, COSO ERM standards (mastery of COBIT 2019, COBIT 5 for RISK and ISO 27001 is an advantage)
• Proficiency in English for research and development
• Familiarity with risk management models and tools
General skills required:
• High public relations and strong expression skills and the ability to interact in risk identification and assessment meetings
• Teamwork spirit, responsible, regular and persistent
• Ability to document different stages of work
• Having report writing and reporting skills
• Interested in studying and learning
Qualifying conditions:
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Accepted fields of study: computer engineering, IT engineering, industrial engineering, MBA and finance and auditing fields
