Job Description: • Prepare HR Reporting Analysis which present a picture of the existing workforce profile (Headcount, ages, gender, experience, etc.) and then to adjust this for the years ahead • Estimate Future required employees, vacancies of the organization by considering normal turnover, planned staff movements, retirements, etc. • Plan and declare appropriate steps to align man power demand and supply into balance. • Supervise preparing and presenting organization chart and keep it updated • Developing a working definition and determine the appropriate grade for each position in the company • Supervise and direct preparing job descriptions and keeping them updated, supervise job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications • Monitor the process of identifying proper employees for promotion and allocate proper positions for those who are distinguished performers. Allocate a proper grade to those who are promoted • Interpret and explain HR Policies and procedures for employees • Direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of Human Resource activity • Supervise the procedures and policies to be in compliance with the country's law • Recommend improvement to Human Resource policies adjustment if needed • Plan, prepare, and present HR analytical reports based on HR KPIs
