Job Description

Manage operational departments.
Monitor all the performance of inspection departments and inspection contracts to achieve the goals of the organization.
Guide, train, and lead related departments.
Estimate operational risks and find alternative solutions.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
Estimate the budget and income of the projects in cooperation with the relevant project manager.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields or Management.
At least 5 years of work experience in managerial levels in industries or inspection fields (Petroleum, Oil and Gas).
Effective communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, shippers, and other stakeholders.
Basic computer skills.
High ethical standards and integrity to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection processes.
Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills: facilitating clear and open communication within the team, and flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances.
