Job Description

  • Manage operational departments.
  • Monitor all the performance of inspection departments and inspection contracts to achieve the goals of the organization.
  • Guide, train, and lead related departments.
  • Estimate operational risks and find alternative solutions.
  • Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
  • Estimate the budget and income of the projects in cooperation with the relevant project manager.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering fields or Management.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in managerial levels in industries or inspection fields (Petroleum, Oil and Gas).
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with clients, shippers, and other stakeholders.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity to ensure the accuracy and reliability of inspection processes.
  • Ability to work seamlessly in a team-oriented environment, with strong interpersonal skills: facilitating clear and open communication within the team, and flexibility in adapting to changing circumstances.
