Operations Expert's focus is on handling Air/Sea/Road freight inquiries and bookings including customer service management and coordinating with the sales, accounting, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities: - Correspond and liaise with international and local agents, and carriers for pricing and operations purposes. - Monitor and track shipments from A-Z. - Shipments management using company software (CARAVAN). - Delivery orders, warehouse receipts, and EPLs. - Generate monthly reports for the management.
