Job Description

● Answering phones and responding to customer requests and questions. ● Managing and updating company databases. ● Tracking inventory and ordering supplies. ● Maintaining financial records, employees, and customers. ● Conducting and sending correspondence with customers. ● Organizing events, planning meetings, and making travel arrangements. ● Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed. ● Performing other duties as assigned such as marketing duties.

Requirements

● At least a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other engineering fields (state universities are preferred). ● Zero to one year of work experience as a management assistant or other similar job positions. ● Familiarity with administrative skills. ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Ability to manage data and relevant engineering software. ● Detail-oriented. ● Analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Multitasking.
