● Coordinating and handling air freight shipments from origin to destination. ● Communication with agents all over the world. ● Ensuring all customer data integrity is continually updated and correct. ● Analyzing, optimizing and simplifying workflows.

Requirements

● Have Bachelor's or Master's degree in related fields. ● At least 3 years of related experience. ● Fluent in Microsoft Office especially Outlook, Excel, Word and EPL. ● Self-motivated, fast learner and result oriented. ● Innovate in order to create solutions for real-world business problems. ● Fluent in English.
