Job Description

Following up on all steps of goods transportation, including operational issues with agents and customers, control of BL and all documents, receiving, control, and registration of relevant costs and invoices, preparation and sending of shipping notices, freight, and doing charge invoices.
Updating management, finance, customers, and sales experts on the latest status of cargo transportation and all related issues.
Dealing with customers' questions and requests.
Preparing necessary or requested reports for management.

Requirements

Familiar with the process of international transportation of goods (sea, land, air, transit), Inco-Terms, documents, procedures, tariffs, regulations, and relevant software.
Fluent in English for communicating and corresponding with agents, and customers and cooperation with related sales experts.
Very professional in the international ocean, air, road traffic, and operations.
Patient, punctual, focused, and self-confident, able to work under pressure.
Fluent in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Enough knowledge of commercial correspondence.
Able to care for inquiries of the sales team from booking state to delivery of Goods or documents.
At least 4 years of experience in the related fields.
