● Assign virtual or office appointments and meetings.
● Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and documentation.
● High quality reporting
● Answering mails or emails from other departments.
● Filing documents and Emails.
● Do other administrative affairs as needed.
● Answering phone calls.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Management or Literature.
● Gender: Male (Preferably).
● 7 – 10 related experience is required.
● Highly skilled in time and office management.
● Ability to work with fax machine, phone systems, video conference and administrative facilities.
● Ability to type and correct texts both grammatical and lexical.
● Highly skilled in ICDL and other administrative software.
● High communication skills.
● Keen attention to details.
● Ability to work under high pressure environment and performing tasks on time.
● Team working.
