•Main Objective:
Iran Argham is looking for an Assistant and Office Manager who handle day-to-day office activity
•Main Responsibilities:
-Doing all the office affairs
-Handling phone calls
-File archiving
-Getting information, observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources and preparing sensitive reports
-Register all incoming and outgoing letters
-Sending and receiving Fax
-Managing all day- to - day office operations
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments of the manager; preparing the agenda and taking minutes
-Managing office services by organizing office operations and procedures
-Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day administration and operations of the office
-Office facility supervision and controlling
-Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer and disposal of records
-Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships, Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time & following-up constantly
Requirements
-At least Bachelor degree in Management and other related fields
-At least 3 year experience in the same position
-Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
-Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint and outlook)
-Knowledge of business principles, and coordination of people and time resources
-Knowledge of grammar and administrative correspondence
-Reporting and Documentation Skills

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills; excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
