Job Description

  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email.
  • Manage the affairs of the office of the managing director.
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, contacts correspondence, and matters related to management.
  • Plan to facilitate management office processes and help increase organizational productivity.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Secure information by completing database backups.
  • Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience.
  • Regular and very high accuracy.
  • Good-natured and patient.
  • Well-groomed and capable in verbal skills.
  • Fluent in meeting coordination, administrative correspondence, and archiving.
  • Personality and behavioral stability, and self-management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Organized and professional demeanor.
  • Having a focused mind and being able to multitask.
  • Fluent in English (writing, speaking, and reading) and business communication.
