Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
- Prepare regular (e.g. weekly) and issue specific ad-hoc reports for management
- Schedule executive meetings including preparing agendas,
- Take,type and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Set up work procedures.
Requirements
- University qualifications: BS, BA
- Previous experience: Minimum 2 years in similar position
- Excellent in MS Office (Word, Excel,..)
- Being very precise, responsible, creative, good team player, and loyal to work
- Effective communication and Excellent Public relations
- High energy levels and flexibility to work to the demands of the role.
- Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities
