Job Description

  • Handling and carrying out all administrative and executive matters related to the management office.
  • Answering phone calls and registering them in the CRM system.
  • Preparing and sending letters to the management office.
  • Arranging and recording appointments and internal and external meetings.
  • Communicating with employees, customers, and business partners of the company.
  • Collecting and preparing required information and preparing reports and statistical tables.
  • Doing other job-related referrals.Writing letters and administrative correspondence.Preparing minutes.

Requirements

  • Proficient in fast Farsi typing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in Google Tools, especially Google Calendar.
  • Proficient in letter writing, meeting minutes, and report writing.
  • Proficient in social networks and the Internet.
  • Familiarity with administrative affairs and formalities.
  • Familiarity with office automation.General skills:
  • Strong public relations.Active, committed, and persistent person.
  • Excellent expression technique.
  • Ability to follow up on assigned tasks until the result is achieved.
  • Ability to work under stressful conditions.
  • Smart, organized, and punctual.

  • Age range: 25 to 35 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management.
  • At least three years of work experience in administrative and clerical affairs.
